Physical building
Museum Of The Bible
New cultural space of the city.
A place for communication, development and training:
lectures, exhibition spaces, library, cinema, cafes and more.

Main facade
The accent of the architectural appearance of the main
facade is a decorative wall with linear cuts in the form of a
cross. The wall carries a symbolic load of wisdom hidden
in the Bible. Its shape on the axis of disclosure to the right
side of the building, it symbolizes the righteous (right) path
to the entrance of the Museum complex.

The main element of the exterior is monolithic reinforced
concrete, cast with the help of formwork, giving a
decorative impression. Concrete combines the reliability of
natural stone used in Church construction, and high-tech
modernity, thereby combining the two eras in one
complex. A wide range of options from biblical quotes,
sayings of wisdom, to modern monumental art is possible
for artistic wall decoration.
Entrance group
An important part of the space-planning solution is the
arrangement of the input group. The buffer zone between
the street and the Museum serves for the psychological
restructuring of a person from the impulsive rhythm of the
street to the quiet authentic atmosphere of the Museum. In
the input, the group creates a comfortable pause, the
visitor needs to refocus attention. To achieve this effect in
this area, natural means of forming the environment, such
as vertical gardening of the wall and an artificial channel,
are used. Water is of exceptional importance to life on
Earth and is certainly an important symbol in the Bible.

Inner court
The courtyard is used as a recreational space for visitors
to the Museum. The library of the Museum is directly
connected with the open space of the courtyard, so under
the glass canopy there are additional places for reading
books of the library Fund.

Recreation area
On the fourth floor of the building is a recreational space in
the form of an outdoor terrace with a coffee shop and
comfortable places to relax. During the study of the
Museum visitors can take a break to relax in the fresh air
with views of the city panorama.
Lighting
The Museum has an expressive effect on the viewer in the
evening, when the building is illuminated. The interior light
coming from the inside (from the Bible) and having an
accent on the right side of the building, indicates the
location of the entrance (knowledge of the sacrament),
and the allegorical cross, veiled on the facade of the
building, indicates the Christian faith. The concrete wall
near the entrance symbolizes the book, decorated with
Biblical writings and takes on the role of the beginning of
the exhibition.

The appearance of the Museum complex is made in a laconic architectural style and has a number of bright accents symbolizing objects and meanings of the
Scriptures. The innovation of the Museum is to follow the current global trends of creating a comfortable space using modern eco-friendly building materials. The
exhibition interactive halls, a cinema-lecture hall, recreational areas, catering facilities, creative circles, educational halls and a library form a socially adapted space for a person in the context of the cultural resource of the Museum.
